An empty nest ...

Well, we all survived the first day of school on Thursday. It was little Molly's very first day, I was so proud of her as she just marched on in & settled quickly. What a big girl she is now, though it's a hard time for me as she is our youngest & I am now home alone in the mornings!

George also loved being back at school with all his friends & was very sweet keeping an eye out for his little sister.

So now I must turn my mind to 'Moi' for the Autumn term mornings. It may be the last bit of me time I get & I have some goals to achieve...
  1. Start training at the gym again to lose my last bit of weight before Christmas
  2. Overhaul my eating to a sensible healthy diet.
  3. Spend quality time with Molly in the afternoons
  4. Regular blog posts
  5. More crafting & shop updates
I really want to thank all of you, my lovely followers, visitors & customers, for the continued support you give me with the lovely comments left here, for sticking with me through the times where I do not blog as often as I would like & for supporting my work. Although I may not always comment back on your own blogs, I do make sure I visit & catch up with you as much as I can. There are so many talented & creative bloggers around & I think you are all fantastic! Thanks lovelies Xx

Ooh, Molly and George look gorgeous. I love the way Molly is standing with her foot turned out - so girly! Glad they've both settled in. My two blondies go back this week - I've spent the afternoon naming all their bits and am utterly bored of it now!!

Good luck with your 'projects'.

PS. Also love the colour of your wall in the background!! Completely irrelevant but true!

Both my kids were happy and confident school starters. Don't know how I would have coped if they had been sad and clingy. Ironically, it's only now that I am starting to miss having a little one home with me. Mostly I'm fortunate, my husband works shift work, so is around a fair bit, but still, my days are certainly quieter.
