What a lovely book!
If you are short of ideas to keep your little ones entertained over the Easter holidays, I would most definately recommend this creative collection of sweet, traditional projects. I love it!
Divided in to the seasons of the year, little fingers can get busy painting eggs, baking gingerbread men, creating cress eggheads & wooden spoon puppets...good old fashioned fun epsecially if, heaven forbid, we should have any wet stuff fall from the skies!
Now, an update on life in the Peacock household. You have met Florence, our beagle, before but now let me introduce you to Matilda....
She's the one on the right & is our latest addition to the family. She is a 4 year old Basset Hound that we got through a rescue centre. She had been used for excessive breeding on a Welsh puppy farm & was very thin when she first arrived a month ago. However, she is now blossoming & has found her confidence & started to gain some weight. Florence, who is almost one, is teaching Matilda how to play & have fun & we love them both very much!
My favourite time is the evening when hubby & I get loads of cuddles..though not with each other!
We have lots planned for the hols, including playing with friends, swimming, going to the cinema to see Tangled & walks in the woods. What are you all up to this Easter? I'd love to hear about it so do leave a comment if you'd like. Have a great rest of the day Xx
P.s Could any of you lovely peeps give me some feedback on the new look I've given my little blog ?? Does this new font style go easy on the eyes or is it a bit tricky?? Thanks in advance! x

Awwwww Matilda looks beautiful and what a beautiful pair that her and Florence make. Enjoy the holiday and Easter break. I have my niece and sister in law arriving on Friday for the school holidays. I don't mind the font on your blog.
Thanks Janine! Have a lovely time with your loved ones x
You have beautiful dogs (and the boy doesn't look bad either :)
Well done for taking in an ex breeding bitch, they need all the love they can get after the way they are treated, bless them.
Oh I know, it's just awful what they are put through. It's so very satisfying to give her a loving, snuggly home now x
Awww! Want to pop round for a dog cuddle! One lucky dog you have there - sorry, I am pretty new to your blog, so have nothing to compare it to - but it looks great!
